Tuesday, April 28th, 2009

Yeah.. we’reurrently having a bih of a time making either of saidlasses show up to a raid, but hopefullyome uludar it’ll be a non-issue for the loot whores.
Thank god one of my raid leaders is a druid tank. :D
Don’t know why you guys are talking about HfB, HaT isurrently and will be parsing the pants off HfB, espially with the envenom glyph. DPDP, spam envenom, win the DPSharts. Rogues areurrently theorrafted at ~8k+ DPS in T8 as HaT.
Man, I hope they fix that, ause i love my Mutilate, and I would hate to have to swih to HAT.

They apparently have removed the glyph already… grrrrr…. buffing Master Poisoner insteae, they givith and taketh away. kinda takes a dump on the hatenv build that looked somewhat dent.

Takes a dump on rogue dps in general.. we go from the guarantee of rolling DP stks to the probability of getting it bk up sooner.

Not really… The way it is right now, 3 stks, 15% BUT you dont need a bleed, you just need to refresh it and keep 3 stks up… Youan have this up all the time. beforeombat, after, no matter what, its up. Thehange with the bleed kinda sks bause youant use it till you get a bleed going, whh means youant have it up beforeombat, have to blowombat points (ie rupture) and 30 engergy to get it up, and then when you want to refresh it, you have to make sure bleeds are up first. Kinda a bigger pita imo. on boss fights its fine. but doing heros or soloing, you really aren’t going to be able to use it at full potential. whh means more often than not, you’re losing 15% damage bause who wants to blowombo points on a rupture when the mob is going to die in two sonds anyways to get hfb up? then it expires in 30. opening with a garrote works i guess, but usually groups just plow through stuff so fast theres not always time to get bk in stealth… I dunno, i see it as more of an obstle. I’d rather leave it the way it is rather than make itonditional. My twoents EDIT: you still have to trigger it manually, osting 30 energy, it doesnt just pr, and it still has to be refreshed.

lower it bk down to 9% that automatally prs

Tuesday, April 28th, 2009

I hate the new HfB. I’d mh rather Blizz lower it bk down to 9% that automatally prs on a bleeding target than something that’s 15%, but I have to mromanage it and the mromanagement is even worse than it already is. At the very least make it last two minutes or something instead of a retarded 30 sonds. The Envenom glyph might make it a little easier to deal with bause that’s one less thing that needs to be dealt with, but I still think the new version of HfB is a big step in the wrong dirtion for boosting Rogue’s PvE performae.
It should be at least two minutes, like paladin’s seals werehanged to be before they were 30 mins.. I still haven’t gotten onto the PTR myself to test it out, but with the total burning lk of dps warriorsferal druids in my raids, bleeds are going to be a bih. So.. let me get this straight. HFB: – Stillosts 30 energy – Still a 30 sond buff – 15%18% glyphed damage boost – One stk instead of 3 – Requires a bleed on the target to tivate? – And is it a buff or debuff? If it’s a debuff, rogue aoe just took a huge hit.
Wonder what thisould do for a HAT Build. Instead of EvisS&D rotation you would have an EnvenomS&D rotation.ould be a big DPS boost to that build as well. Going to thea now to see if getting HAT plus the nessaryombat points PLUS the poison talents is even possible.

Nope…..HATenvenom build not possible. It would only leave you with 5 points for duel wield inombat. Without prision and improved S&D, the envenom gain wouldn’t be worth theost.

What do I need to know? With the popularity of the Windows based operating system, this makes it an easier target for causing disruption for a larger audience, through exploits and programs that can cause serious damage or loss of your data. As new exploits are being discovered on a regular basis, it is important that you take it upon yourself to ensure that you are updated and protected. While it can often seem like a mild inconvenience, a few minutes checking to see you are up to date can save you hours or re-installing or even the loss of important information later. What can I do? Behold the Northwatch Hold!My brothers and sisters, it has high time that we show our reverence to the Goddess like the old days. To many has forgotten what the Goddess now stand for and join in to speak blasphemy about her. No longer shall i tolerate such things. No longer shall people remain unknown what her teaching speaks about. No longer will she be forgotten! DeScription: This service has been very requested on our server and thus this service has opened to meet the demand. It’s not cheap for a poor lowbie, but a beginner is meant to do it by himself anyways. This service is intended for alts mainly, but the service is available to anyone willing to pay the price. reasons that can cause
Blocked ports Although unusual, it is possible is that your network provider may be blocking or limiting the ports World of Warcraft uses for gameplay: TCP and UDP port 3724. This limitation finally ends with the error message that you unable to connect. So if you can eliminate all other reasons that can cause this error message, please contact your provider to make sure that they are not limiting or blocking port 3724. Router Problems In some cases for setups have have a connection configured using a router + modem (not a combined unit), they have been cases when the router was blocking the connection. If you are using a similar connection try removing the router from the connection, and connect directly to the modem. Also if you are using a wireless connection, try simplifying the connection by hard wiring the connection.

gets to be heroes

Monday, April 13th, 2009

The Heroes’ Society is guild-independant RP organization that runs weekly roleplay events in the form of player-run quests with a new scenario to overcome each week and new baddies to maim and kill.On Sundays, the Horde side gets to be heroes, and on Mondays, the Alliance gets their turn. If people are not present at the start, they can still come later and join in on the event. We don’t mind drop-in and drop-out play. Our aim is to give everyone the chance to be a hero, and be in the limelight. Our emphasis is on drop-in, and drop-out play. We require no attendance to our events. If you wanna come, you can come, if you don’t wanna come, no one is forcing ya. To make it easier for newcomers and those who aren’t always with us, each week there is a brand new storyline, separate from ones before, which means there is little catching up to do.

It is a nameless
Shan’do Darinea once invited us all, Horde and Alliance alike, to see the Moon Goddess rise. She is gone now, but the tradition still lives on. We gather on the shores of Zoram on the last Sunday of the month to honor the Goddess, past teachers, peace and friendship among other things. There will be priests and druids around to speak to those who have a burden they wish to share and there will be public and private prayers. We are located in Stormwind in The Park district by the Mage Quarters. As you enter the park it is the building on your left! It is a nameless Tavern with a mailbox outside! That is where our new Tavern is…please help us grow this community and use it to form a better basis for RP! We are actual players running the Tavern, not NPC’s – so it goes a long way when you can actually RP with the staff of the Tavern!

was a success
In-Game Realm: Scarshield Legion Organised by: Brontz Contact info: Contact player in-game or through the forums. More information! Hello everyone! For those that remember, last year we hosted the wonderful Sunfury Ball for the first time. To say it was a success would be an understatement. There was a fantastic turnout, with lots and lots of people from all walks of RP-life turning up. Then, as now, the invitation is extended to EVERYONE. This includes you. Even if you’ve never done anything RPish in your life, you are still very much welcome to come along. The one thing to bear in mind though is that this is an RP event, and you are expected to behave in-character (IC) at all times while you’re at the Ball. If this sounds intimidating, don’t worry. You’ll be surrounded by other RPers who will try their best to make you feel at home.

the most exciting

Monday, April 13th, 2009

If you’ve read anything at all about Content Management Systems (CMS), you’ll probably know at least three things: CMS are the most exciting way to be online, CMS can be really, I mean really, complicated and lastly Portals are absolutely, outrageously, often unaffordably expensive.WoW Guilds “Guild Hosting” is set to change all that … WoW Guilds “Guild Hosting” is different from the normal models for portal software. For a start, it’s not complicated. WoW Guilds has been developed for the masses. WoW Guilds doesn’t even require the user or administrator of the system to know HTML to operate it once it’s up and running.WoW Guilds sites come fully configured with most of the sections created and ready to go, all you will need to do is add your guild information in the spots you want. If your guild is raiding then you can add as many dates for raids as you need.Spend more time playing World of Warcraft and less time building your guild website. Our experts can add your own guild header and logo to your new website.

undead death knights
why are undead death knights so much smaller than all the other ones?  i’m an undead DK and my minion is bigger than me.  why would blizzard do this?Undead have always been small. I believe their even smaller than be’s.if you go to make an undead char start with a warrior, then click the DK – there is a noticable difference.I’ll have to check that out then. Only undead toon I have is a Rogue and I feel they are pretty short.they’re pretty short cause they hunch over… when they’re standing straight up they don’t seem that short

Question about unholy raid spec

Monday, April 13th, 2009

At the moment it looks a little something like this:
just can’t figure out what do do with those last 5 points.
I can put them into subversion and get the threat reduction, I could put them into annihilation and keep my beastly diseases on, or I could do something else I’m not thinking of. So to anyone (preferably someone with raid xp) I need help!

how well this works for yaGreat thanks

*Note: There are no dungeons that drop as much mageweave as you would get by farming specific out of dungeon areas, but dungeons do offer the added benefit of looted money, greys, greens and boss drops.Key Spots: WoolThistlefur Hold: This is located north of Astranaar in Ashenvale. The furbolg there respawn relatively quickly. In the south-eastern parts of the Wetlands, you will find Mosshide Gnolls. They drop a fair amount of wool, and when you kill them, more spawn. The farmers in Hillsbrad drop a lot of wool, although it is a popular leveling spot. Bael Modan is located in the Barrens, north of Razorfen Downs, and is generally fairly empty. The harpies in Thousand Needles drop wool, as well as Vibrant Plumes for the Darkmoon Faire, and their caves often have veins to be mined. If you kill too quickly, or find yourself competing with others, you may benefit from changing locations.Key Spots: MageweaveThe first group of furbolgs that you will encounter in the early (south-western) parts of Felwood drop lots of mageweave, as well as potions and food.
